She completed her doctorate and masters degree at Pacific College of Health and Science, Chicago, IL. Marissa believes that true healing happens when patients actively participate in their own healing. She works with patients to meet them wherever they may be on their healing journey and give them the tools that need to succeed. With a background in the arts and a deep appreciation for the precision and balance found in nature, I bring a unique perspective to my clinical acupuncture practice. Clinically trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and advanced pulse diagnosis, I hold a Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science Chicago, where I merged my passion for healing with my artistic sensibilities. Additionally, I am licensed by the NCCAOM and continually seek to deepen my knowledge of classical acupuncture, pulse diagnosis, and five-elemental technique through ongoing education and training.
